dpm offers complete solutions from a single source. From competent project consultancy to commissioning and service, we are able to undertake both standardised and customised projects in the field of automated guided vehicles. Everything is manufactured at the Aichstetten site, with the exception of a few purchased parts, meaning that rapid execution and comprehensive quality assurance are possible. In terms of production, we are also able to guarantee a high degree of vertical integration, speedy realisation and exceptional quality.

Project consulting

We advise on project proposals and offer the optimum solution. We would be delighted to share one of our customer’s reference projects.

Project management

A project manager is assigned to each project. They accompany and support the project, and are always available as the point of contact.

Engineering

Our highly qualified employees in the mechanical and electrical engineering departments develop the ideal vehicle or part for you.

Manufacturing

All vehicle chassis, mechanisation frameworks and parts from contract manufacturing and glass engineering are processed in the manufacturing department, which provides services including sawing, turning, milling, welding and painting. The production of parts with lengths up to 12m is possible here.

Assembly

As soon as all mechanical and electrical parts have been manufactured or purchased, these are put together and connected in assembly. Even the head control for the AGV system is wired in-house.

Automation

Following careful commissioning at dpm, the vehicles are put into operation at the customer’s site and support is provided over a number of shifts, depending on the customer’s requirements.

Service

We provide system support far beyond the warranty period, and we offer comprehensive spare parts service as well as fulfilling training, safety and maintenance assignments.
